      At Preets, we understand the importance of the perfect fit and want you to feel confident and comfortable in our products. If, upon receiving your order, you find that the size isn't just right, we're here to assist you with our hassle-free Exchange Policy.


      Size Exchange Process

      Step 1: Initiate a Request

      If the delivered product doesn't fit as expected, you can easily initiate a size exchange request. You have two convenient options:


      1. My Account: Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Account' section to raise a size exchange request.
      2. Email: Drop us an email at mail@preets.in stating the new size you require.

      Step 2: Request Processing

      Within 24 working hours, we'll respond to your request, confirming the exchange and providing instructions for the return of the original product.


      Step 3: Return the Product

      Please ensure that the product for exchange remains unused, with all original tags intact, and is securely packed in its original packaging.


      Step 4: Exchange Confirmation

      Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will dispatch the new product in the requested size. If the requested size is unavailable, our standard Returns and Cancellation Policy will be applicable.


      Important Notes on Size Exchange

      • Products must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged. They should be in their original condition.
      • Size exchanges are applicable only once for a given order. The exchanged product cannot be further exchanged or returned.
      • If the requested size is not available, our standard Returns and Cancellation Policy will be applied.

      Return for Store Credit and Purchase of a New Product

      If you wish to return a product and use the refunded amount to purchase a different item, we offer a convenient process.


      Step 1: Request for Store Credit

      Initiate a request for store credit by either:

      1. My Account: Raise a request through the 'My Account' section.
      2. Email: Send an email to mail@preets.in requesting store credit for the product.



      Step 2: Return the Product

      Ensure the product is unused, with all original tags, securely packed in its original packaging. Ship it back to us as per the instructions provided.


      Step 3: Store Credit Issuance

      Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will promptly issue the store credit within 24 hours, which you can use for your new purchase.


      Important Notes on Store Credit

      1. The product being returned must be in its original condition and must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged.
      2. Store credit is valid for future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.

      Exchange Policy for Domestic Orders

      This Exchange Policy is applicable exclusively for orders delivered within India. For international orders, our regular Returns and Cancellation Policy applies to exchanges.
